After leaving college in the United Kingdom, Maria spent a short period of time working with a local authority and thereafter opted to pursue a career in sales. A high degree of success was achieved working for both a large national service industry company and also for smaller local companies. This developed her strategy of putting customer service first and building respect and trust, working at all levels. She was also joint partner in a small business venture in the U.K. for a period, which was also very successful. Since launching Busy Bees, Maria has been on a steep learning curve but has stuck to her principles and built the business on a sound footing. Experience & background  - John is an experienced sales professional having worked for many years in marketing, sales and sales management at corporate level and in the Financial Services industry in the UK. John brings considerable experience to Busy Bees in both sales and business management. He has excellent experience in property sales in Cyprus advising clients making major investments for the past nine years. Having run Estate Agents offices in the south of the island and also running his own company for 5 years based in Limassol John brings this wealth of experience to Busy Bees to compliment the existing team and to help develop business here and in overseas markets. Born in Famagusta Hasan attended the University of the Eastern Mediterranean obtaining a degree in Computer Programming. In 1996 he worked as the Marketing Manager for the Tel Sim company here in Northern Cyprus and since 2002 has been working in land and property sales. Hasan joined Busy Bees in the summer of 2010. Denise has a background working in Social Housing with various Housing Providers in the UK for many years. She also worked in the Marketing and Sales of Spanish Property for a large Costa Blanca Estate Agent. Having family and visiting North Cyprus many times since 1996, Denise has an excellent knowledge of the region and first started co-operating with TRNC estate agents in 2001 and in addition to selling property has great experience in the rentals market and website design and search engine optimisation. Denise has been working with the Busy Bees team since 2009 acting as our UK overseas sales agent. Languages - English.
